Improve accuracy/efficiency of PASS by creating an RO PASS Lead

PASS has minimal oversight, attention, or advocacy at RO/Area/FO levels. I suggest creating an RO Cadre; this centralizes work, improves efficiency through proper management and integrity review, and ensures administration of this congressionally mandated program. Improve PASS by making the Cadres Out-stationed ADO/RO Staff.

Cadre in FOs are required to do work that competes with time/resources for timely/accurate development of PASS. Claimants wait long times for decisions on applications/requests, which impedes the program’s success. I suggest removing Cadre from FOs. It's more then vital that the data and info out there via the SSA in regards to individual representative payee's and such be updated to information more recent to the times. I do not know when the previous informational booklet for Representative payee's was made and printed but it leaves a lot to be desired. Email support and customer service

To contact a social security representative, my only options are to write, visit, or call my nearest office. Email support should be another option. Sometimes the wait time over the phone and in person at the SSA office and take too long and be a huge inconvenience.
